Roger McInnis

Roger Gray McInnis, PE

  

Roger Gray McInnis is a Professional Civil Engineer with experience in managing land development through land use planning, engineering, construction administration, project finance, and accounting. He has worked on a wide variety of projects that include single- and multifamily subdivisions, commercial and industrial facilities, schools, and healthcare facilities.

Roger began his career in 1994 with the firm of Carter & Burgess, a leading national firm with offices in 30 cities. In 2000, he joined Veselka Mycoskie Associates, which subsequently reorganized as Mycoskie McInnis Associates. During his 17 years as a managing partner, Roger managed the entire process of project delivery as well as internal business operations such as accounting and human resources. He was instrumental in developing enduring relationships with such clients as D.R. Horton and Centex Homes, the Texas Rangers Stadium project, and the Cordish Companies, a global development organization that built Texas Live! a 200,000 sf entertainment venue.

Most recently, Roger formed Gray Interests, LLC to advise other land developers, homebuilders, and corporate clients seeking development projects. He offers advice and expertise on build-to-suit commercial and industrial projects, residential subdivisions, and formation of partnerships to acquire and develop land.

Roger is a member of the Urban Land Institute and earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Pro Forma Fundamentals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. He lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.   He enjoys competing in triathlons and has twice completed the MS150.
